We will accept returns on items for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Please note we do not offer exchanges only refunds.
To return an item:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your item/s with your order number and return reason.
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via email which is to be filled out on your returns form and included with your returned item/s. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a RAN and any unauthorised returns will be returned to the customer.
3. Send your item/s to be returned, along with the completed returns slip, to:

All returned items must be in their original condition; unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. Hygiene stickers must be in place on all bikini pants and one-pieces and cannot have been removed at any time.
When trying on clothing and swimwear, please try to avoid contact with make-up and deodorant. We may not be able to accept items that are damaged or marked.
When returning items, please ensure they are safely wrapped and packaged. We recommend insuring the return parcel or using a tracking service as we cannot guarantee the safety of items being returned and cannot accept responsibility for items until we have received them.
Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and a confirmation email will be sent at this time.
Please note that refunds issued will not include any postage costs, unless your product is faulty.
